Take part in the National Research Data Management Survey

Lib4RI

How do you and your colleagues manage, share, and preserve your research data, code, and software? The National Research Data Management (RDM) Survey invites researchers across Switzerland to share their experiences and practices in data and code management.

This nationwide survey, with 14 participating institutions, aims to build a clearer picture of how research data are created, stored, and reused across disciplines and institutions. Your input will directly inform the development of tailored RDM services, infrastructure, and training that better meet the needs of the Swiss research community. Results from the survey will be analysed and published.

Whether you’re a PhD student, senior researcher, or support staff member, your perspective matters. The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete and covers topics such as data documentation, storage, sharing, and software use. The survey is anonymous and will not collect identifying information.

Your contribution will help shape a stronger and more connected RDM ecosystem in Switzerland — one that supports open, transparent, and reproducible research. Please share with your colleagues!
