Members of Lib4RI and Eawag participated in this year's SOLA-Staffette relay race. On Saturday, May 17th, the team with starting number 535 successfully completed the relay!
The SOLA-Staffette, organized by the Academic Sports Association Zurich, is a 113km, 14-person relay race around Zürich. Even with a total of 2'600 meters of elevation gain, 1'111 teams participated with more than 15'000 total runners in the 50th Annual SOLA. The Lib4Run & Friends team included 9 runners from Lib4RI and 5 runners from Eawag. The beautiful weather made for great running conditions, and all the team had a fun and successful day. All in all the team's combined running time was 10 hours and 20 minutes, with a final finishing place of 682. Congratulations to the whole team!
