Lib4RI recently subscribed to the full CAS SciFinder Discovery Platform including the modules SciFinder-n (the successor of SciFinder Classic), Formulus and Analytical Methods.

We invite researchers from Eawag, Empa, PSI & WSL to learn more about this new discovery environment and join the free webinar held by Dr Ilja Burdman, a SciFinder expert and representative for CAS at ACS International.

The SciFinder Discovery Platform features SciFinder-n to access the content collection of the Chemical Abstract Service (CAS), the integrated formulation database Formulus for chemical product development, and Analytical Methods for searching and comparing published scientific methods. Curated by expert scientists, the SciFinder Discovery Platform is based on a broad international collection of journals, patents and other sources.

The next generation scientific research solution with access to a comprehensive collection of chemical reactions, substances, and scientific literature incl. patents. Special features allow users to search for information by topics or drawing chemical structures or substructures, or by reaction, polymer and specific bio-sequence. Benefits to the (legacy) SciFinder classic include Boolean searching as well as reference and substance role filtering.

Analytical Methods
Locate, compare and understand analytical methods from journals and patents.
